Return & Exchange Policy On Non-digital Products
Your satisfaction is our first priority!
Here are our policy in bullet points:
- If item delivered defected, exchange or refund will be issued, if the claim is made within 14 days of product delivery date.
- If item delivered missing or wrong from your order, we will ship what is missing to you, or offer a refund for an item(s) you did not receive.
- If item did not arrive and packages is missing, we will ship same order to you.
- If the item fails in anyway within 14 days of the date of delivery date, we will exchange or refund your money.
- Shipping will not be included in refund.
Typically Your item will be shipped within 1-2 business days.
You will receive shipping notifications and updates, as well as tracking number.
Please note that our facility is closed during weekend (Saturday & Sunday), on national holidays, and occasional closure (will be announced on our shop).
